For the practice owner
A practical training decision for the practice owner
Give the team a consistent way to recognize, verify and report suspicious requests — and keep a useful record of the learning.

What the program includes
Ten dental-specific English/Spanish modules, knowledge checks, verifiable completion certificates and a manager view of staff progress. Examples connect learning to the front desk, suppliers, insurance messages and shared workstations.
Price and time
$299 per practice per year, with unlimited staff. Allow about 54 minutes of English video or 62 minutes of Spanish video, plus quizzes, pauses and local discussion. The lessons can be completed in short sessions.
What to decide
Name the person coordinating training, choose a realistic completion date and confirm who should be included. Explain the practice’s own reporting and verification procedures alongside the course.
What the record means
A certificate documents course completion. It is not HIPAA certification, continuing-education credit or proof that the practice meets every security requirement. Keep risk analysis, policies and technical follow-up separate.

Use the office-manager checklist to organize questions. The Practice Exposure Check reviews selected public domain and website signals, only for a domain you are authorized to submit. Neither examines internal systems or replaces a complete security risk analysis.
For a summary tied to a specific check, use the private owner-summary download on that check’s results screen. This public brief contains no practice findings.
