Practice Exposure Check — Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
The Practice Exposure Check (the “Check”) is a free, informational tool operated by OSINT Global Consulting (“we,” “us”) and offered through SentryGuard Dental. By requesting a Check you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorization
You represent that you are the owner of the domain you submit, or are otherwise authorized to request an assessment of it. Do not submit domains you do not control or are not authorized to assess.
2. What the Check does
The Check reviews information that is already public — Domain Name System (DNS) records and public domain-registration (RDAP) records — and, where applicable, an ordinary request to the domain’s public website of the kind any visitor’s browser makes. The Check is entirely passive. It does not scan ports, enumerate services, test or use credentials, probe directories or paths, or attempt to access, exploit, or interfere with any system.
3. Not a security audit or legal advice
The Check is informational only. It is not a security audit, penetration test, vulnerability assessment, HIPAA risk analysis, or legal advice, and it does not examine anything inside your network, systems, software, or records. A favorable result does not mean your practice is secure or compliant. You are responsible for independently verifying any finding before acting on it; every finding includes the underlying evidence for that purpose.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Check is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Public data sources can be incomplete, delayed, or temporarily unavailable, and a check may be marked “couldn’t check.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Check or its report.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Check to assess domains you are not authorized to assess, to attempt to overload or disrupt the service, or for any unlawful purpose. We apply rate limits and may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
6. Opt-out
If you own a domain and do not want it checked, email [email protected] and we will exclude it from future Checks.
